mmm that looks nasty, shoudlnt be too bad to repair as long as you can find a repair peice of metal. Good luck in the resto mate, im almost finsihed with mine and its been a steep uphill struggle but worth it
I can see u dont have a garage to work in either like me lol, my advice for a resto would be plan out EXACTLY what u want, cost the whole lot, go thru every nut and bolt that may need replacing, and once uve worked it all out, add a bit more, say 15%, cos it will add up in unforseen costs
If you do this before u cud save urself the headache problems i suffered from
I alos reccomend buying all ur stuff in one big go i.e. the odd aresol here and there go and buy it all from a paint factors, buy parts form motor factors etc etc
Postage and buying from main stores lke halfords has to be the biggest area i could have cut cost on with my car
If you have it all planned out then you can order it in one go and save literally hundreds
BTW i absolutely love that colour, i think you should keep the paint, it looks awesome when its nice and unfaded like in the engine bay there
What are ur plans for it?
any most of all good luck
