I can see u dont have a garage to work in either like me lol, my advice for a resto would be plan out EXACTLY what u want, cost the whole lot, go thru every nut and bolt that may need replacing, and once uve worked it all out, add a bit more, say 15%, cos it will add up in unforseen costs
If you do this before u cud save urself the headache problems i suffered from
I alos reccomend buying all ur stuff in one big go i.e. the odd aresol here and there go and buy it all from a paint factors, buy parts form motor factors etc etc
Postage and buying from main stores lke halfords has to be the biggest area i could have cut cost on with my car
If you have it all planned out then you can order it in one go and save literally hundreds
BTW i absolutely love that colour, i think you should keep the paint, it looks awesome when its nice and unfaded like in the engine bay there
