I only hit my teens at the very end of the 80's and I'm not proud of the stuff I listended to then (what happened to MARRS?).  The 80s stuff I've been listening to:

The Jam - Town Called Malice
Faith No More - we care a lot
Simple Minds - Alive and Kicking

There's loads more I've been listening to but I can't remember half of it.

Mk1 GTi White Cab '86

Mk4 TDi

Anything by the Happy Mondays although strictly speaking that's '90's.

My excuse is my Cabby was built in 1991 so that's cool.
