One of my rear wheels sit 1inch inwards?

from the pictures it looks to me like the bodykit is 'off' the arch more on the O/S whereas the N/S sits almost perfectly flush to the main bodywork (covering almost all of the arch)

I think that's just the way the light catches it. The kit looks pretty much identical on both sides in the flesh.
