came across this from durham dubs show ^^
im also the proud owner of this
original black edition interior - with front door cards - altho already have the orig cards in the car
drivers lower bolster is empty.. needs restuffing which is easy enough (apparently)
cracks appearing on drivers upper bolster - could be temporarily painted.
wear on drivers base - but understand MJ has a range of orig mk1 fabric in stock.
small hole on passenger seat - not a problem
and a 10cm ish hole in rear bench could be repaired with fabric from spare door cards (see pics)
Horn was going off on its own, so i fixed it all on my own by removing the wheel and finding a screw had worked its way out/loose, since the garage fixed my steering for mot a few weeks ago. needless to say the screw no longer shorts the circuit and horn no longer goes off randomly.. altho while fixing the horn i did screw teh gear linkages - how i have no idea… but car is in a new garage seeing if they can fix it!
