NWM 15

I know I probably dont count as NW(Telford), but with the Midlands meeting in Coventry area, your closer for me and Warrington on a Sunday is a pleasant run out.
This time of year, all the shows are finished until Feb/March, roll on UltimateDubs , so a run out would be welcome, and I agree with Walt, a run to somewhere would be good whether its Bala, Rhyl or Blackpool while the illuminations are on, would be nice for me.
A natter on a car park or in  a pub with other mk1 owners is welcome, but I know after half hour or hour has past I'll be wanting to take the Golf on a run :wink: .

When do the illuminations finish?

November 5th is last day of illuminations.

I haven't been able to get there as yet, but am very keen. Sundays or Thursdays would work for me most of the time. I would be interested in  seeing peoples cars and having a natter for a wee while but ultimately I want to get her out and about for a run.
The idea of varying the runs to different exotic locations :dontknow:  (like blackpool) sounds like a good un. Besides it maight make it a little more palitable for her in doors.
Any thoughts for the date and time of the next one so I can make sure I don't have any meetings?

Oh yeah Sunday is the 8th October, not the 7th. We originally said 1pm. I dunno about the cruise all the way to Blackpool, I'm going to be doing 90 miles there & back as it is, if we go to Blackpool its 165 miles! And its all motorway too, bit boring to cruise along.

I just thought i'd say i'll be coming along to most NWM's once i've got my mk1 on the road. Having trouble with money and time at the moment so things are just moving along very slowly. Hopefully will have it all done before Christmas am hoping.

If you're coming to Blackpool…I'll meet you there in my Elf (bl**dy Hooligan Machine).  I blew about 6 tons of cobwebs out the back end today so its fit to greet all Mk1's

Dano, you don't know other routes. Other routes exist, you think you know them but you don't. If the general consensus is to go to Blackpool, I'LL do the navigating, so I'll be at the front, and as everyone knows, I drive at 93mph!!!!
