yes it look't beter than it was and that was its good side and under car park lighting :wink:

no dont have the time so i sold my mk2 gti :(  for ?2000 to fund this costing ?1.700 so far  :) will be ready on thursday :D

the car sprayer (bates in padiham) got it for me from a book he has you can get any mk1 panel you want 8O   i thinks it was about ?50 but i got it for free in my first quote of ?1.300 now up to about ?1.700 but worth every penny :D

looks like a good piant job.

what colour was it in the first photo, what colour is it now, and what colour was it when it left the factory?

was it originally apline white (creamy coloured)?

Did it have clear lenses on back before? I saw it in tesco's car park in burnley before resto. Looking good now!

no always had all red light on but there is a burgundy 5 door with clear light in burnley not a gti ether

I'd seen it and knew it had aftermarket lights but couldn't remember what they were. What make of exhaust is on it?

its a old new stock peco big bore 1 sounds just right

Bet your excited :D My gti's still miles off i'm still at the welding stage!! Weathers meant to break tommorow - thunder storms so might not be as bad!!
