my slow resto

so onto the ruddy rear panel which with a quick chop…mainly becaus who ever put the last one on only spot welded it once on the nearside hence the reason for a rusty rear end

to reveal a fair bit of filler where someone bumped the rear corner




quite a gap where the metal has been pushed in!!! so currently beatin the metal back out to regain as much shape as poss :roll:

in the mean time a beautiful pic of the golf and….

one of the dogs just for the sake of it  :mrgreen:

some good work there.

It is so good to see my panels saving Mk1's out there - soo cool

woza- havent even driven car yet and the way things are lookin this one may be up for sale so i can get another…. but yeh will be sprayin it alpine white when i decide to sell it but in the mean time she will be wellyin it around in primer once its motd and sprayed when for sale time comes!!

yup just got the urge figure if i sell this one try and get two can have one standard and one with some work! got this one for cheap so if i hunt round should be able to find two....got my eye on one tho already in lhasa green!!
