My 100% attendance record is hanging in the balance….

Someone in Blackburn has been VERY naughty recently and needs to be 'told off' so that means that I may either be late or not able to come at all. If I do attend please excuse the dirty car as I will not have had time to wash off, thus proving that it is really a daily driver. (Some Doubting Thomas's think its garaged all week!!  :roll: ).

I will try my best to be there though.

I am totally unsure if I can make it either. Its just physically too far to drive, on a weekday evening, there's roadworks on the M56 and there's going to be dense traffic, probably delays, on the M6. If the weather's good, these days its rare to get a decent evening so with time short, I should be cracking on with the restoration of the GTI. And if the weather's rubbish….then the journey's going to be worse. Both Mk1s are off the road anyway, so I'd just be in my daily driver.

That means that I will get to your around 6.30pm and you can drive ME to the pub… thereby saving me petrol!!!
