im in the process of doing the same at the mo,

when you say 'cut back and polish' what do you mean,

did you laquer the topcoat?

once you spray the last coat of mars red no.2 that is all you need to do.

no need for any other coat on top.

what does he mean by cut back? just with some very fine wet /dry?

yeah i guess so.  i have doen the exact same thing to my car not so long ago and didnt have to 'cut it back' or anything.

if you spray it evenly (which isnt hard at all)  then you should be fine.

well yeh thats what im thinking, the third top coat's finish is pretty good so i think ill leave it like that!

Hi when i say cut back i mena i used falcia g3 to cut back the final paint that was slightly orang peely then light t cut polish and wax
