VWs@MHS show 9th April

Hi all!!!

Just a reminder about my show next week!

    VWs@MHS

Sunday 9th April Open to the public 10 - 4

Show cars arrive as early as you like (need to be on site by 10 for safety)

Just ?3 each and the driver gets a free bacon butty and tea/coffee!!

Camping available Saturday night with Poi light show and beer tent open.

Sponsored by Stevens VW Dismantlers
and Scouse will be with us trading too.

What time does the show finish?

The Show is called VWs@MHS and is being held on Sunday 9th April in Stansted, Essex - 5mins from Stansted Airport

Only ?3 entry per person

Awards for all categories

Traders/autojumble/beer tent/bbq/kids entertainment etc

Got the day of work, had to beg for it so I'll be there just up the road for me, nice little run for the campaign.

It's our first show too (although I have organised shows before) so you have to be gentle with us too!!!!

We're aiming at a laid back day for us all to enjoy

I think I'll give it a go………….! I'll mingle with the 'unwashed' as I'll be in my MK 2 GTI as the MK1 purchase is eluding me at the moment!  :cry:

Rach's boyfriend drives a superb MK2 and he's been plugging the show too!

You can come and drool over the Mk1s until the right one for you comes along.

Hi Debs,

As you know, I shall be there with my cab, David is bringing his mk 2…. I think we'll have another mk 1, a mk 2 16v and hopefully a lovely bug-stuck a flyer on the windscreen with a note begging them to bring it!! - Practically pulled an emergency stop when I saw it so had to invite it along!

We'll be camping too   Not sure if we're bringing the dogs yet???

Come on guys - it would be gret to know loads of you are coming!

Sounds like you've got a club of your own coming!  :cheer:

Dogs no problem, but don't forget you're supposed to be helping!

And don't forget that that your car mustn't  be shiny when you bring it, the polishing guy is demonstrating with it :wink:

I know that goes against the grain, but you'll just have to use the time polishing the inside up so it matches the outside when he finishes!

I'm working on a company that comes and replaces your hood at your house. I'm going to try to get them to come and demonstrate with mine!!!
