20th and 21st may, just looked on the site! There is a prize for best club stand!  

Top event this, nice location with a variety of a/c and w/c.

Would be great to have the Club stand!!

Had an email off one of the Ultimate Dubs organisers who are organising this show too. They are putting on another Mk1/Retro display so if anyone wants to joing in drop them a line.

One the other hand ARE WE DOING A CLUB STAND??????

Lets get this sorted nice and early can we? If you want then I will volunteer my service to help organise this/ man the stand on the day. all I need to know is if anything has been started yet or not and what needs to be done etc.

Mad week at work so let me get my head around this again and I'll let you know. I've e-mailed quite a few shows after the last few weeks and forget which ones have replied?!! ops:

Dubs at the park I know have replied - not doing club stands but if we let them know numbers turning up they'll reserve spot in car park for us. 8)

Coincidence!!! As I was typing my last post on this thread got e-mail with the entry form for Bodelwyddan Castle/All Types VW Show!

Club stand is possible, max of 20 cars. Usual entry fee applies which is ?12.00 per person for the weekend, or ?6 per person for just the Sunday.

I went this show last year, and i really liked it! Very layed back atmosphere, and it was blistering hot too!!
 Word of warning - the welsh police are hot on speeders and have speed traps everywhere. Plus i know they clamp down on dodgy-small bike plates; so i reckon there`s a high chance you`ll get pulled if you run your german plates.  :roll:
