I think that's $1.40 AUSD per litre - divide by 2.3 and it's about 60p a litre.
Which these days does sound cheap!
Never forget filling up my car in the states a few years ago, where it was US$1.10 a gallon, or 20p a litre. Now that's a proper price 8)

However most of the American fuel is got for free so i guess thats why its charges are less. :mrgreen:

i drove home from work yesterday…… wasn't quite gonna make it to my normal station so put a ?5 in at Reading as 98.9p made it to my usual station (1 of only 2 garages in Fleet still with fuel) 93.9p …….
Lets have a strike…………….i won't have to go to work whoopeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
