Hi there efellow Mk 1 owners...

Cool! I think the wings I got (with the car when I brought it) where not the best pattern wings, I've got them fitted as best i can which will do for now!

I've been toying with the idea of sending mine to the bodyshop but I might leave it as my daily driver and start another project mk1 :wink: funds permitting..

I certainly will. Once it comes back from paint and I an happy I will have it rebuilt in a couple of days as I have nearly all that is needed even a period stereo...It is going to be standard appart from its its a 1.9 engine with audi throttle body and warm up regulator.

Thank you, so have you... I have just 1.5 mk 1s now.. if you call the blue one 1 (?) and a half stake in my black shed as I have sold it of sorts to my friend so we can hill climb at Shelsley next year....
