Keep us posted on the fit of the manifold once you get it all delivered.  I am looking at their 16v conversion manifold for the next project resto, and will mate it up to the same 60mm system I have on the red one (and which you've just ordered!).
Will do. Unless anybody had a better idea I think I'll put the two spare heads I have side by side on a bench and bolt the new 4-2-1 onto one and the traditional oe setup onto the other to compare. This could also be the easiest way of allowing the exhaust specialist to measure up too as there's a good chance they'll be unfamiliar with the modification specific to this setup.

Looks right to me. Just bear in mind 60mm is a tight fit and that manifold will need modification for the extra room like mine

Otherwise exactly the same setup as I run!

If there wasn't the lockdown and you weren't so far I'd bring mine down so you could have a listen
Morning Adi, I'm going to take the manifold to an exhaust specialist next week to get a price for the modification. Just to confirm, your guy to 10mm at the flange end off?

You can also have a look at RC racing exhausts (Iresa) , i have their complete exhaust , and the quality is there.

Morning Dave, flange cut off, 10mm taken off and flange reattached

Ok, so finally managed to get all of the ducks in a row to get the Powersprint system fitted. The 4-2-1 manifold was a bit of a pain to modify as I had to take it to the exhaust shop for them to cut and as the cat wasn't there, there was a fair bit of back and forth to make sure that the finished angle was going to be correct once welded up. I also needed to clean up the welds a little with the dremel but that was no real drama as it only took a few minutes.

Even after the 10mm increase in clearance I wanted to be doubly safe so wrapped the entire manifold as I really don't want to have any safety concerns or take it out again any time soon!

Worth also mentioning that there's a fair bit of the underside of the car that needs to come off the get that manifold in. All pretty straightforward though, just the anti roll bar and gearbox linkage bracket.

Really delighted with the end result so thanks very much for all who chipped in on this thread!
