MK1 83 GTI Lhasa Resto-mod

After some filling and blocking I was please with the results. I've decided not to sand down the 3M steel weld on the inside of the wings as it'll never be seen and will add more protection.



Finally for now the etch primer. As I'm a complete novice to bodywork I'm pretty pleased with the results so far. The lower edges aren't perfect but as they'll be wax oiled I'll leave them there. Will apply the high build primer for another day as the wind has picked up and throwing particles everywhere.
