Can Anyone Help me out with the Markers on Pully wheel?

No dont remove it LeeO, am just going to buy the full fuel meter head, but will get an O ring for the Idle screw tomorrow, just trying to work out who or where sells them :) You guys are great, thank you so much!! :)
