I'm sure most it not all members know this but it is still worth stating.

Unless you own the © or have full reproduction rights to it (written proof required in law), you can not use any picture.

By just 'Cropping' the picture does not negate the ©.

But by now I'm sure everyone knows that!    
If you're not 100% sure, check with the company or photographer who took the picture and have them put it in writing to be safe, an email is normally good enough.
