I've not driven it yet tbh

Only back from where i picked it up which was 20 miles away.

It drove quite well to be fair, felt sluggish up hills in comparison to my old gti but it's better then I thought it would be.

It needs a 4th gear to settle down into but otherwise it's fine she reached 85-90 without any trouble and was cruising along!

I thought the autos were 3 speed?? - in which case you'll be waiting a while for 4th to settle! lol

Yea it's 3 speed, I meant it could do with a 4th gear lol

Looks good. Very clean under those arches against the alloys.

I like the green and brown combo too!  

So after a few weeks of the car being off the road having a few bits and bobs done she's back!

I now have a nice new chrome hella
Aerial, the stereo
Is wired up, postie rear lights, a clean roof, polished bodywork and a fully detailed interior which is like new…

Took it to early edition last weekend, drove really well

Couple of small updates.

Cars had a full service and runs smoother then ever now!

Got fed up of having to constantly tune the radio in whilst driving around so thought it's time for an upgrade.

I wanted a period look
Without any flashing disco lights so went for this…

It's from the 2000 era and looks just right I think..




Also upgraded to a brown Wolfsburg steering and have put the black one up for sale…

It's been a while and in recent weeks the Supersprint exhaust decided to start hanging low and giving me a load of grief as it had been bodged on and it was too much mucking about to fix it.

I gave up and have instead fitted a brand new OE look system from front to back.

The exhaust place weren't to happy with the car sitting so low but they did fitted in the end and I gave the tailpipe some metal polish!

In the background I have been waiting for my Fiesta RS Recaros to come back from the trimmer and they've arrived back and I fitted them the other night.

I must admit, the seats work perfectly with the interior and they looks stunning and are very comfy indeed with no room for me to grow into them as they are a snug fit!

With my little leg extension and my auto gearbox the car is a nice little cruiser!
