a slow moving project

Small update, to get the dust of the topic,  as the metal work still goes on.

My wheels finaly came back from powder coating they look  pretty damn cool, very glad with the end result!

Big update,


One side almoust done, the skirts are done, rear fender are up, spot on fittment, rear arches are cut down for the ber-cup arches…. :))) what started as as fun track car turns out to bit a fully bilt show car :))

sooo…. some more photos as i have some time on my hand !

Ho said that old men aren't pacient they are wrong….

The floors are up on the car, body work almoust done,  we still have a good 2 weeks to go.

Car is up on the jig to  be able to work on the floor

for sealing 3M absolutly perfect, i strongly recommend it !

Hello Started work on the sport seats mounting,  and the floor plus the inner fender ar done with 3M sealer My best friend trying the driving position The inner wings got sealed and the floor Rear arches fitting trial, them bitch's come spot on! Ner finishing point, wil put the final pics when the body work is done!

Alot gong on with the car, finals detail going on this week,  after wil be sent to painter

Started work on some turbofans for the RF' the mold look's outstanding, hope the end result will be the same. The mold is for a aluminium final use…so finger's cross for me!

Still wainting for the aluminium to arrive from the states, in romania i didn;t find a nice quality one, and where i mannage to find, it was way to expensive :)

Hello, Official i hate al the painters :))))))), longest 3 moths of my life and work still is not completly done. Meanwile the body is in 3 layers off body fuller, filler etc, 2 weeks was need'd for the body fuller and filler and all that that i hate, to stand in the sun and let work. Now it s time for the finnishing touch before test paint. I gave the a new set of Porsche 964 calipers

Well it should be worth the wait as it looks like it's all being done properly.

I love the matt, crackle finish on those Brembos!!  :wub:

Okey, so the contrast color is on, the imperfections are market, now it's back in the garage to take care of the imperfections,  meanwile the front disc arrived for those porche callipers :D IMAG0218.jpg

Amazing work! The work on the body has been huge and to a massively high standard!
