20vt by a complete novice

No scrappies round here now mate, they've closed them all down in my area  

So… all water pipes plumbed in except rad top and bottom. Down pipe arrived and ram pipe and rad and fans and engine mount (as mine doesnt have a front fitted for some reason) 




Few questions though, will my fans be up to job.. they are the biggest i could get to cover most area…  and where does the small pipe on bottom of rad go?!  
And am i ok pushing the cable ttie rod things through rad core?!?! Seems dodgy….
