I think the guy means ade one you have added your car, if you put your email address in at the time of register, can the system send you an email to say that the cars been added

I think what he means is if you enter a registration plate of a car you used to own, once the current owner adds it you get email.

Pretty handy for all those "have you seen my old mk1" thread.

For example if a member is interested in seeing who owns a car they used to and instead of posting "anyone know what happened to" they could set up an alert to receive email if anyone adds that registration to the register to save searching register all the time….likely too complicated/not possible  

And using a computing device at the same time !!! Lol

Wasn't working on my phone? I'll try again. I did have a slow connection so maybe I wasn't being patient enough?
