As previously posted its not easy to do due to the low resolution so im basically having to use a paint brush to change the colours  
The silver lip isnt easy to see but you get the picture

Hmm, like the grey and polished edge but black wouldn't be for me. There is a small part of me that thinks do I just stick with good old silver

i'd go silver or slightly darker silver / grey

a wash and some tyre gel would make the world of difference

I would go body coloured with a polished outer edge. or fully polished!
