Hi all,
After a remote desktop session with Foxy I think that this is now resolved.
Do continue to let me know if you face the Flood Control issue.
very strange watching someone else control your computer

Sorry all this browser/cache talk has lost me
The 'browser' is the software you use to browse the internet, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Opera, Chrome, Mozilla Firefox etc.
The cache is a local copy of the files you have been viewing which can be pulled to review rather than getting a fresh copy from the server.
If you post the browser you are using - normally found under help then about on the toolbar then we can tell you how to clear the cache.
In Internet Explorer: click Tools, then Internet Options and click Delete under the 'Browsing History' section. Untick the first box and ensure the next 3 are ticked and hit delete.
In Firefox: Press the 'ALT' key on your keyboard to gain access to the toolbar then click Tools and Options then select the Privacy tab. You should now see a link to clear the cache and history, accept the defauls on here and hit clear now.
Hope this is of some help.
