flood control restrictions

Sorry guys, I am not quite sure why this is happening yet - but I am working on it.

I noticed it started around the time the chat tab appeared, for me anyways…

Oops its back again and logged me out too  Took me about 6 attempts to post above reply, instead of hitting the "make post" button I hit "preview" then "make post"

It went in then. 

Do you have the Facebook integration turned on ?

I don't have FB integration on and I've disabled the chat window. I'm currently on the iPad though.

Seems to work if I preview first then post. Didn't get any flood warning

How did you disable the chat window ?

Whats the cache btw? Dya mean.just closing the browser and starting.up agen?

What browser are you using and on what device ?

Hit the little arrow on it. This was on a PC using FF. Seems to be fine on the iPad using Safari

Ah ok, that makes sense, thought you had found something extra on the mobile/tablet version !

Oh sorry, im on my samsung experia phone, i tried posting earlier and it blocked.it but from now on.it seems fine :/

I saw this last night, but it only seemed to do it when using quick reply. Since then it has been fine. 
I'm not using FB integration.

You may be taken to an error screen now instead - please post up the error you get if it happens.

in BASIC terms its where your computer stores info on websites so when you visit them again it can get the info quickly. if ade changes something on the website your pc will try to access the old info still on your pc causing a conflict.

clearing your cache gets rid of the old data and stores the new revised pages and hopefully the issues as well.
