Advice required, to buy or not to buy?

Decent price buy it, then sell it on. Put some extra cash in your pot for a 3 door.

Thanks guys, been awhile since I've been on but I've bought the 5 door. Hoping to get the sill welded up and paint restored. Been in a garage for the last few years so pretty clean really!

I've shown all the parts that need attention so it looks good to me. What do you guys think?
Just need to source a decent interior, seats and matching but the brown door panels are perfect, just the seats are abit old/ tatty. Anybody got any ideas? Thanks
