Good work chap, I like the rear panel and arch repairs, very tidy. Did you get any distortion on the rear arch/side panel?

i though i was going to get a tiny bit of distortion, but there was none. i kept switching from one side to the other whilst cooling the weld down with a cool damp rag. worked a treat

that will be fun, considering it didnt come with most of the interior
i am going to rebuild the 1.6 diesel, get it looking like new and put that back in im not really fussed about power

all that is left to do now is remove all of the paint from the passenger side sill, repair and then paint it. then i can flat it all down and it should be ready for paint
