Well she's painted yee haa still a bit to do but looking good, towbar needs to be blasted and painted as the bodywork guy said it would not look good once the van is finished so thats of to get sorted

towbar blasted primed and painted plus new bolts nearly to good to use :rofl
new alloy light connector and chrome ball cover ordered.

nice new shiny tow bar light socket (now where did all those wires go?)

All doors now getting prepped and painted, slowly getting there. Starting to think about the interior.

starting to get her screwed back together,will replace all screws with stainless once i get her home. Underneath still to be sprayed with stone chip and waxed.

like any rebuild its all the wee bits that count, no point in putting old rusty screws or bolts back on when you can do it with new, replacing bits of trim and seals again its finding them, and the not getting ripped off , rear lock seal £4.00 then another £4.00 to post, stopped counting lol

hope to get this week or next, once home will get the bumpers and other bits back on,clean up rear load bed,insulate and cover new side panels and other interior panels.ply floor and flooring.Hope to get her MOT'D asap so i can shake any engine issues out

half bulk head now out makes a big difference,new washer jets, new gutter trim, mirrors and arial screwed back on.
tow bar to rewire, side door to adjust,bumpers and grille to back on, new tyres to get, sooooo close now.

gutter trim arrived today smaller profile than original left in pic,flexible rubber rather than plastic, looks ok on may have to be stuck on rather than a push fit will see how it goes once the old ones have been taken off again.Think its flexible enough to go round the ends so the end pieces may not be needed if you don't have them.tow hitch light socket now wire up.
