some new sealings and rear window + other parts..

I wasn't happy with the first try with c-pilars so had to make them again and still them had few limits and i'm out of my skills =( can't do any better

  New flares and other stuff..


  Battery tray made from old power steering bracket and other stuff =)


all the wirings had taken some time and in engine bay is starting to look good in this thing and all in braided sleeve ;)



lower coolant hose needed some space and needed to remove that power steering bracket partially away from it and can tell that was a bit shitty job to do..
BTW vauxhall/opel kadett 16v /astra 1.6 8v engine coolant hose if needed some day ;)

What intercooler have you used and where have you positioned it?

 This hand made in here but had to chop slice away from the top ( used to hang on seat cordoba and height where wrong for mk1)


 And it is located where original radiator where and as you can see thos brackets.. it's where radiator will hang.

Like this.. ( you can see cooler behind the radiator)

Finally got new struts (65mm shorter) and  25mm shorter springs and now i can go ~40mm up and ~45mm lower from where this is now.










And here some video and as you can see, there is some fixing to do but finally a drivable car.
