finished up this drawing the other night

i don't do much drawing but here is the last piece i did, finished it a couple of nights ago.

its only 7 inch wide so the detail was a bit challenging.

I don't want to steal the thunder from you two and those excellent drawings, however see below! My mum found this not so long ago, I'm not sure how old I was when I did this but a great self-portrait!


The best bit for me though is the text. I must have had a sip of my Mum's Martini or something given my statement about my favourite drink! 

…the cars and lasagne part hasn't changed though

Thanks for the comments, it took a few nights. it was a bit of a slog. i'm the opposite, i would find drawing cars and planes difficult. you can get away with a few mistakes drawing people. the detail work on the drawing you did is impressive.

its mostly 0.3 mechanical pencil for the detail and blending stumps for the shadows etc..
heres the pic i did before bono in december. its A3 so larger than lifesize.
these are the only 2 proper drawings i've done in 20 years.
