I'm looking for either a GTi or Clipper, not really fussed aslong as its tidy and runs perfectly, a newly fitted roof would be prefered. Colour isnt a real issue. Let me know what youve got! Cheers, Josh

Will be advertising mine soon, clipper in dark blue on an f reg, 90,000 miles  ish 5 speed, original black leather interior, with black door cards. Original roof with no leaks and good condition, manual roof, electric windows, (windows a little slow) wax oiled underneath no rust, never welded, recent exhaust cam belt top mounts and service. Sitting on Pirelli p's, bodywork on one door is poor and does have some age related marks, but have two spare doors and tailgate to be sold with the car, location near Bedford and Milton Keynes.

I'm really interested in this after reading your build thread. are there any problems or faults with it? Mileage? Mot? and where are you based at? cheers

The only problem with it is that it runs a bit lumpy for about 5 minutes on a cold morning, but im putting it in the garage after easter to have it sorted.

A few other niggles;
Drivers door window winder isnt attatched ( i have a few of them just havnt got round to it)
Aftermarket radio isnt the best.
Trims around front windows need putting in
Just the finishing touches really ive been waiting for the weather to warm up a bit before i done them but im realling fancying a camper atm….

milage is between 103 - 105k i cant remember off the top of my head.

I tihnk theres 5 months MOT on there too

why do you think it runs a bit lumpy to start with? would you be able to sort some of the finishing touches before the sale ( if you want to sell obviously) i.e fitting the window trim and maybe even why its running lumpy, because ideally i wanted it to be reliable as possible, and that i wouldnt have to get any work done on it to be honest. it will only get used a couple of times a week but will be used for long drives. the body work looks mint and dents etc?

yea either way its gonna get sorted :)

Bodyworks good the respray was under a year ago. there are a few stone chips tho on rear arches thanks to the autobahn….
That reminds me anther little job is have the clipper decals and the rear arch stone chip foils put back on…

Yea will do that no problem it did ultimate dubs earlier in the month + the Germany trip last year.
It's only the first 3 or 4 minutes after you turn the key maximum that it runs a bit lumpy after that it runs like fine
