mk2 chat?

Thought I'd ask, no harm in asking. I know this is the mk1 OC and all but how does a little mk2 chat go down? Is this allowed or am I about to be lynched by a mob bearing burning torches?   No worries if not, just thought I'd check!

Just checked out the local regions thing and there's not a south central or hants etc? Where's the nearest to me (Portsmouth)? In a mk1 sense of things of course! 

we could have a little sub section for mk2s or the best golf gti ever as its otherwise known

Why have a section for Mk2s and not for Skodas or Seats. After all they are related. In fact…there is a section - the general chat area can be used for anything which isn't a Mk1 Golf technical problem or non-technical but related to the Mk1.

Or, the Mk2 Golf forum is similar to this one except focuses on Mk2 Golfs.
