so l brought my self some engine paint and a sign to hang in the garage.
not sure what engine to use ,got a 1z diesel , 1.8t with eitheir a ko3 or ko4 or a good kr engine on twin 40 webbers
so i sanded back the roof and found this . not impressed so a roof section will be found.

so i thought i put some wide wheels on this so i ve had to stretch the arch. would of built a berg cup but alot of these are being built at the moment.

so l ve not had time too update this but here is what i ve been doing

so i ve been quite busy with this car lately and trying to get it back on the floor.
after removing all the undersealer i found more rot . so i attacked all that.

then running gear refitted .

which then led me to finishing off the roof

here is how i got the roof

so the underneath is  finished for now and back on the floor. just need filler work done to the roof ,rear archs and back panel and ready for primer again

so this is going to be a big update on the shell.
i ve been working on the shell only the weekend.
so i  forgot to load up the arch on the side

so i finished off the repair to the roof  to a standarded that i was happy with and not too much filler.

then got a coat of primer over the car

so after drying sanding the car the car with 320 paper
i then went sanded it with p600  then gave it all another coat of primer

ended up primering the roof twice as i was not happy with it . So then i wet sanded it with p600 then p800 .
Then degreased the car and thought might aswell paint it.
so hit the shell with some colour..

so the main shell has been painted.
so the inside needed to be done

then i forgot i never painted the inner scuttle tray so i had to do that.

then i could start but things back on it .
trying to decide what lights to put on or if l should tint the clear ones.

Looks fantastic mate. I would stick with the lights on the right tbh but that's just me.

Good luck getting it all back together.

this is hard work keeping on updating the build.
so i finally finished painting all the panels .
brought a bonnet but it was full of filler and was rotting from the inside so another bonnet was found and painted.

so now i can start fitting it all back together.
so i brought a 1.8 20v turbo aum engine on the cheap to rebuild.

but then i found another engine on here and was not from from me . so a deal was made and went to collect it.
at the same time the seller was selling some mounts so i thought i ll be best to buy them aswell.

i got too excited so painted the bottom end quickly.
So on a scrapyard hunt i managed to fine a few 20 v parts . and the best find was a ko3s turbo
