Millfischk's Mk1 Golf GX 5 door

Good luck getting it fniished mate for the show and shine.  

I hated the original scabby looking coil so wondered what I could do with it to make it look a bit better and this is the best I could think of. Before and after pic below.

Also had caliper brackets painted to tidy them up a bit.

Then the brand new brake disc backing plates were fitted.

Like the Red Bull can. Is it just me though or are the splash guards on the wrong way round??

I believe they are correct otherwise they will clash with caliper and carrier.

Got a pair of proper original mirrors, the ones that came on the car had been painted grey. They had been sprayed well but just don't like the colour.

 No worries dude, had me thinking though.

Tried on my BBS Mahles on the car and really like the look so may be getting these refurbed aswel soon.

As some of you may already know, I scooped the runner up trophy today at the local classic and custom car show. Which I am very happy with and the winner very much deserved the trophy and I didnt stand a chance in beating that. (An american car of some sort called a monte carlo with bouncing hydraulics which reminds me of the snoop dogg video's and was super clean without a chip inside the wheel arches and driven from kings lynn and not trailered.
