bought my first mk1 ebay special :) delighted too ! so here i am :) helllo

hi all new here so thought i would share my new family wagon with you all, bought it off ebay without seeing it , got the train down checked it over was better than i could have imagined,no rot or rust onit, seats are all good condition and at 52 thousand miles im over the moon, drove it from doncaster back to glasgow 250 miles,it ran great and only used 50 quid a premium fuel ! heres a wee pik thanks for looking feel free to let me no what you think steven

You gonna fit bumpers? Teledials fit well, not sure about the badgeless grill tho. 

aye gonna look for some bumpers, just the wee ones that wrap round slightly not the big wrap round ones and looking for a chrome grill and light surrounds aswell am not to kean on the badgeless one maself lol in time hopefully

Was a bit nervous but took the guys word for it and everything he told me was spot on ano aal keep yous posted on what a get done to it thanks for the welcome

As I understand it, the 4+E gearbox has longer gears making it more economical and more suitable for motorway journeys.

I call it the original Bluemotion!

It also has a light to tell you when to change gear  

The gears are long init the drive home was all motorway and was great for a 4 speed ! defo is like a original blue motion
