I can probably sort you out a ring for the base of the wheel.  As to the horn button clips - no go.  The outer of the horn button can be removed from the plastic ring with the clips I think - you may be able to then fabricate, clips/hooks so that it will clip to the wheel.  I have a eally good brown wheel - I'll check that out and see if I can come up with any ideas - best bet would be to give me a call to remind me.

I just purchased one of these steering wheels for my pickup , im going to take it apart to check if the clips and spring are working ect

any method to stripping these down ?
