Jimbo's Mk1 Golf 1.8t
doesn't look enough to get a stud extractor on it?
easy out type drill looks to be the only way? plenty of plus gas before you go anywhere near it! soak it for hours/days!

my dad finally got it out, had to buy an extractor though…
also made the skid pan;
chrome toooooooooooooooooo!!
Now rolling again. Put the rear hubs/brakes back on, but added some negative camber so the tyres wouldn't scrub like they did on my 300mile trip home!
Dropped the rear coilovers down a touch too. Only problem is, the fronts are budging Is it ok to use heat on them?
and any know what the hell this is?;
(the component, not the bigger pipe)
seems to go into the fuel tank

heat is fine on coilovers, plus gas is useful but not at the same time
also a hammer and a drift will certainly get them moving

Airflow meter?! Dumb question - Where's that?
Haven't really checked anything other than taking one of the spark plugs out, as it would start either, after it conked out on me…
Basically after a bit of fun, the engine randomly stopped running- came to a stop and it wouldn't start. But it started today straight up?!
