why do my fuel pump relays keep blowing?

would it be easier for me to do some sort of relay bypass? i seen on an american forum it was a common problem on earlier ceramic style fuseboxes, and they did a relay bypass on those?

any more suggestions? or should i just do some sort of bypass? would be nice to actually go for a drive in it sometime soon lol
