Well if I can get it for paint this weekend easter weekend will pretty much put it back together

Got great news this morning got the use of a spray booth for the weekend. A nice long bank holiday weekend to get my mk1 painted

Its a few weeks since I had a chance to look at this thread and not much done with the car. 
Got all front suspension steering rack and wishbones painted and I have the car sitting on all 4 wheels

Paint looks smashing mate now the sun has come out a bit.

Still on track for the Irish gathering??

I washed 30 years of grime off the engine and this is how it came out

It's come up nice mate. Amazing what a bit of elbow grease can achieve.
