Anyone into vintage Tamiya vintage rc cars?

The battery is humped because it needs the extra cell the rating then is 7.2v otherwise the flat ones are 6v.
I have three brand new origional ones unused. There was one on e bay the other day for £70 odd quid??
You could pick a acorns vintage transmitter up for a few quid off the e bay too. Would Love a proper polishing machine to get the ally nice and shiny.

The good thing about the rough rider is all you need is a body post and a set of scorcher wheels plus the body shell and you can covert between the two.
You can buy the hump back batteries too in modern form, like NIH mi some companies will build the battery packs up.
It's all out there find.
I have a full lighting set up inc front and rear lights with indicators to flash when turning. Bit sad really lol. Still gives you something to do during winter.
