Thanks everyone who has put there car forward for Ultimate Dubs 2013

The standard of cars is amazing :notworthy:  

The following cars have been chosen to be on the club stand and represent the club-

Please pm me ASAP if you are not able to display your car and I will inform the next reserve.
I will be sending off photos of the chosen cars to the organisers this weekend.

Yes please that would be great :-) You will still need to buy a ticket, but you can get in early with us if you want.

There's only reserves because Anna had to submit details of vehicles a while ago.

And it's paid members to show club stand cars

We are all sorted and confirmed for indoor stand

Hi what's every one doing for staying over are we stay on site as a club or going to an other hotel near by.

I think we are going for booking the hotel through Ultimate Dubs. Checked around for a deal where we stayed last year and a couple of others and they have gone up loads, around £100-150 a night. Would be good if we can all stay close by and meet up in the evening, the UD hotel is right next to the Halls. Was £69 last year. Will let you know when the booking form comes.

Hotel Booking
I had another search today and the place that we stayed last year has dropped their prices, £42 for double room, £33 for single room.

I'm booking there as it was a nice place and the breakfast was good and reasonable price

Get booked up soon if you want to stay there as the prices go up closer to the show. You will still be able to stay at the hotels booked by UD if you want, but it is more expensive. I will be in my car, so can transport people to and from the hotel if your car is on display in the hall.
