Ultimate Dubs 2013 - Cars wanted for indoor club stand
Well it's that time of year again when I need people to put their cars forward for the Ultimate Dubs Club Stand for 2013.
Venue - Telford International Centre
Show day is Sunday 10th March and your car will need to be on the stand by 6pm on Saturday 9th March.
You must be a paid member to display your car.
Your car must be of show quality and the committee will decide which cars are to be displayed.
We would particularly like cars that have won awards at the AGM or other shows throughout the year as discussed at the AGM earlier this year.
Please post up if you are interested with a recent pic of your car.
Closing date for this is 1st November 2012 as forms have go to be submitted to ensure we secure our place.

Take note of the terms and conditions below of when you would need to be at the show.
You may need to book a hotel for the Saturday night, I will post up details later.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
In signing this booking form, I hereby agree to the following:-
- All Indoor Club Vehicles must be in the halls between 9.00am and 6.00pm on Saturday
9th March, ready for the Main Show Day on Sunday 10th March and all vehicles must
remain in the halls until 5.00pm Sunday 10th March.
- All Indoor Club Vehicles in the halls are to have minimum of fuel within the tank
(red line) due to Fire Regulations.
- All Outdoor Club Vehicles must be in the outside display area between 7.30am &
9.00am on Sunday 10th March and must remain in the display area until 3.00pm on
Sunday 10th March
- All Clubs are responsible for providing their own tables & chairs (Unless hiring from the organisers)
- The organisers accept no responsibility for any damage or loss to property.
- Under no circumstances are generators to be used.
- No naked flames or heater's allowed in the halls
- No distribution / sale of food & drink is allowed.
- No animals allowed on site.
- No pressurised containers, gas bottles etc allowed on site.
- Clubs must be responsible for their member's actions. Irresponsible behaviour will result in the club being asked to
leave.
- Take notice of event stewards at all times.[fade][/fade]

Thanks everyone for the replies so far, some stunning cars
We can have a maximum of 5 cars.
Drivers get a pass, any passengers have to pay entry fee.
Also, if anyone would like to help on the stand selling merchandise etc, please post up. You will have to pay entrance fee but it's a great weekend, we stay over in hotel Sat night and go out for a few drinks and some food.
