I have been the one in the background working on these replica mk1 vin plates.

When Geoff approached me a couple of weeks back I said I would have a go at it and see what I could do for him. I didn't expect the interest as is shown…

I am awaiting a response from the authorites so as not to shoot myself in the foot (so to speak) by making these replica VIN plates. I don't want any legal issues, the Police or others coming after me if for example they ended up on a car in an accident, a stolen car or a dodgy car. Especially if the VIN number was not the one it should be. Hope you understand…

I think they might make a nice show plate or for people to do with them as they choose.

Anyway that's a little update - We shall keep you posted, I hope to have news soon…
