Loving it Gammy - aged 8 and 3/4's

I've spoken to the management at the Racecoursr just now. They had torrential rain lady Wednesday to the extent that the road behind the offices looked like a river.
They raced on Saturday and by Sunday they needed sprinklers in the course to keep the ground soft!!!!

On the field where we camp, 3 artic lorries moved on and off without problems. Cars parked easily and got off without getting stuck and the family fun day went well without everyone getting covered in mud.

IF the weather is really bad on Friday night we can use the Railway Bar (same one as Saturday night) under the main stand to have a few drunks in. Once consumed we'll sleep well whatever the weather!!!!

Hope that news gives you campers some confidence in the grassed areas for pitching and moving polished cars around.

Here Here…. first break from work for 6 months…. 8)  (does look like friday is the worst though)
