Just sent fella..

Done nothing today as it's been windy and rainy GRRRRR!

Hopefully back on it tomorrow…

Just need to order a toffee wheel for the other side to  get the old adhesive off, then get the rear arches polished and off to my mate for the stone foils to go on.

Great progress here - I'm considering a full paint shop blow over on mine and fit those stone foils too.
But a job for later in the winter me thinks…

Great thread effort on all of your improvements so far!

Cheers Guy,

Well got a toffee wheel, brilliant, took the adhesive off the replacement front wing, spotless.

The rear was a different story though….The PO had the arches repainted at some point and they didn't clean all the old glue off, so got most of it off OK except for some bits that have been lacquered over…numpties!!!!

Back on it tomorow….

Cheers

Not really managed to do much to the Rivage of late.

However fixed the clock rev counter issue.
I must of knocked it when working on the clocks and didn't check when I rebuilt them back up.
So took them apart and just moved the needle anti clockwise till it read on the 0.

Need to get the plastic polish out and give the lens a good clean and buff up.

Not been able to do much, but annoyed I lost the clips from under the cill for the kit fixings.

Nice day so took the motor out for a spin. Realised I lost them.
Got some now thanks to Borednow, so massive thanks.
Had the temp light flashing all the time and and bridging the coolant level sensor made no diffrence, nor did a new temp, all very plausible reasons.

It was bugging me greatly so took the clocks out again and cleaned up the blue mylar ribbon contacts, so nice and clean.

Then to make sure I had good contact between the connector and the foil I wrapped a couple or so turns of electrical tape over the plastic tab the ribbon fits over, this allows for a tighter fit and better contact.

All back together and no more flashing temp light. It may also help with other clock related issues.

Lol, I guess we learn to live with the bits we don't manage to sort.

Just need good weather really.

Need to sort out the carpet and heated seats. I have the old leather steering wheel to redo. Plus get the anti stone chip foils on and the Proper "Rivage" decals I make.
Fit the body kit..

Best stop as the list is getting longer lol..

Just been gutted that I been so ill of late to be able to crack on..
