Done a few bits today.
this included 4 tins of this and dinatrol (more liquid) being sprayed in the doors, rear 1/4s, boot lid, front panel, sills. should keep it rust free for a while!
which made it look loike this
Was running out of the door holes and sills so its got most places.
Had the rear stub axels come in today, last 2 in the country.
stripped out all the old running gear and started to build back up!
couldnt go any further as im waiting on my new brake dust shields to arrive before i can build the hubs up.
Hubs are awaiting pianting, diddnt go powder in the end as there was to much that needed to be masked so they will be POR15 chassis blacked, new bearings, new hubs and dust shields.
Archs have litrelly been covered in under seal! no chance of any water getting in here!
Also under sealed the lower bay, was some iffy paint so i wire brushed it all off and degreased it.
Tomorrow should see the rack, coilovers and hubs refitted (fingers crossed for the back plates) i might even fit the rear brakes etc ready for pipework.

Yes, will have stock lights and single light grill, the grill on it is to be sold on.
Interiors now sorted untill I find some Porsche fronts to go in, will be getting the black leather from my white gti and that's getting a set of white stripe seats from sphmk1.
Engine will be the deciding factor on getting it to the agm. Got my weber manifold today, takes a downdraught carb, never seen one before!
Still toying with dropping the turbo technics engine in it???
