Okay,

Spent last night doing some odd jobs, fitting door stuff, bit of dash, cutting some carpet. Nothing very exciting but still needs to be done! Hopefully have more of an update after the weekend.

Going to get some new door cards made as these are too holey and will drag the rest of the cars appearance down. Least I've got them for a template.

Thanks for looking :-)

All coming along mate, what you got in mind brake assembley wise? reinstate in the bay or something hidden away! Looking good tho!

Going back in the engine bay, 280mm up front and drums at the back. Should be decent enough.

Had to move the wheel weights around as they where catching on my calipers so it's a tight fit!

Tell me about it. Going back tonight to try and wire some of the dash up amongst other things!

Auto wiring scares me. It's like spaghetti.

Yea, hopefully this will be easier than my current car. It's a nightmare, so many wires going to nothing and stuff crimped on and spliced off and who knows what else.

I printed off the wiring diagram faq thing so hopefully I can figure it out…

If it was alphabeti-spaghetti it would be a whole lot easier!

Wasn't brave enough to tackle wiring!

Instead ran some copper brake pipe around, inspected under and found I have no brake compensator :(What I should have

What I have

If anyone could help me out it would be great. Don't fancy paying £100 for a new one!

Would THESE be a cheap alternative?

Managed to get the type I was after :) also bought a few bits this morning, some pipework, wheel bearings, new tie rod ends, wheel caliper bolts and started making some new door cards. Exciting ...

Thanks for the comments. Hit a bit of a plateau at the moment.

Got all brakes bled and sorted, got exhaust fitted, things I need to do now are…

electrics (ARRGGGHHH)
fuelling
intercooler
radiator

I think thats it.

Hopefully tackling the fueling next, I've got a downpipe, tank and a pump, nothing else….

I was going to buy the bracket from crazyquiffs for the pump, then do I need to buy an accumulator? If so what pipework do I need for that?

Thanks
