Too cold to work on the mk1 today :-(

Been playing with vw in my garage from 1000 til now and it wasnt that bad  

Its nice mucking about with the car for a change after the long hibernation  8)

I am in the same boat i have to pull car out on to drive and work on it there.
I am going to give it a go as wife and kids going out for afternoon.

So lots and lots of clothes on and see how long i last (will let you know later how long i managed)

Just back in from my garage and it was surprisingly cosy out there, must be the welder keeping me cosy!

Been stripping one of mine today untill I couldn't feel the bolts I was trying to undo with my fingers!

well I had 7hrs on the clipper adjusted the handbrake fitted a new tell tale for the headlights swapped all the wheels re fitted the dash and radio changed 2 dash switch bulbs   now the L/hand indicators wont work   and I've just spotted an  oil leak from the sump area all just in time for the mot on monday morning :roll:    :dontknow:  :evil:

Still I've got all of sunday yet perhaps it might be sunny :cry:  :cry:
