Sounds good to me mate. Dont worry about food, Sarah will contact her cousin to let her know we are coming. As long as we order by 5-30pm its all good. We can go straight off the menu like before. We will put the order in all at the same time. If we can get an idea on head count it would be helpful. Are the partners coming again? Will need to know in case its cold and we need to reserve tables inside????

We need to arrange a new venue as the New Inn is having an open mike night on the 30th and they cannot reserve tables for food as the place will be full. Dont want to be standing up and eating. The place will be shoulder to shoulder with customers and bands. Plus, there will be no parking. Any ideas for a new place are welcome.
