Does anyone have a gas BBQ ?? it'll be alot easier for the masterchef who will be making a guest apperance !!

Right then heres the plan (please take a moment to read as this is going to take me ages!!!)

Its says on my letter that we need to be there at around 9:15 so we get 45 mins to set up before it opens to the public

If anyone wants to meet us as Berkeley Castle, please be there for 9:00 so you dont miss us, the postcode for the Meadows Entrance where were going to be parked up is GL13 9BQ If you are going to do this please let me know so we are not waiting around for you!!!!


I think it will be easier and more fun to convoy in together so ive come up with this:

Meeting point 1 for people coming from the South:

Halfords - Cribbs Causeway
Centaurus Road
Patchway
County Avon
BS34 5TS

Time to get there: 8:00 - 8:15
Leave: 8:30

Meeting Point 2 for people coming from the North:

The Stagecoach Inn
Newport,
Berkeley,
Gloucestershire
GL13 9PY

Time to get there: 8:30 - 8:45
Leave: 9:00

The plan:
Everyone coming from the south we meet at Halfords, Cribbs Causeway between 8:00 and 8:15, have a quick chat, wait for anyone who's running late and leave at 8:30

Then we drive up between 8:30 - 9:00 to 2nd meeting point where we meet everyone else coming from up north



Us lot convoying up from Halfords should get to the pub about 8:50 so could anyone meeting us please be there before hand so we have time to hand out all the passes, have a quick chat  

The pub is sat nicely by J14 M5 and only 5 minutes away from the show so is a perfect meeting point

We leave the pub at 9:00 and we should get to Berkeley Castle sometime before 9:15



Pheew time for a beer i think….

Wots the name of malvern show? Not too far from me so mite b worth a trip if my engines in and running sweet. Hopefully get it done this weekend. Mite b able to get gas bbq, hav to get hack to u tho, plus its not real big! U may hav seen it on the back of the caddy at volksfest. :-)

Its also the Classic car show which is featured in the National section of our forum.

That plan Scott seem a good one, if everyone could say where they would be meeting that way if we are waiting for instance we know who it is, therefore won't be late in set up.

Everyone please support Scott in what he's done organising this FREE event that way when it comes to next year we as a club won't be embarrassed by not getting a full allocation of tickets because we couldn't take advantage this year.
